Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia) We ship via Pos Laju to Peninsular and East Malaysia. Estimated delivery times:

• Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days
• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 business days

International Shipping We ship to selected countries worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Tracking A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
